Cafeteria Deposit Slip

The following deposit slip is required when adding money to your student's account. Please fill out completely and send in to your student's homeroom teacher. One is attached to our weekly newsletter, or you can click on the link below to print.

Reminders:

One milk/juice is provided with each cafeteria meal. Extra milk/juice must be purchased. Money can be sent to your student's homeroom teacher. Please use a deposit slip.

The cafeteria does not provide a milk to those students bringing lunch from home. If they would like a milk, it must be purchased.

Checks made out to the cafeteria can only be for cafeteria accounts. A separate check MUST BE written for snack and ice cream tickets. We appreciate your cooperation.

Cafeteria Accounts

If a student's cafeteria account reaches a negative balance, a note will be sent home. The note will list the amount that is overdue. Please send money to cover the over due charges and also money for future charges. It is important to keep money in your student's account through out the year to prevent it becoming over due. Money should be sent to your student's homeroom teacher with a deposit slip. If you have questions regarding the account, please contact the cafeteria manager.
