Please clip and save  Box Tops for Education  and send in to your student's homeroom teacher.  These can be sent in anytime throughout the school year. Please notify us immediately of any phone or address changes for your student.  The school must have a working phone number where a parent/guardian can be reached at anytime in case of emergencies at school.  We appreciate your cooperation.

The cost of the annual is $25.00.  You can make a deposit of $10.00 now and pay the remaining $15.00 when the annuals arrive.  You can also pay the full $25.00 upfront.  An order form has been sent home with your child.  Please fill out and return the order form with your money.  We have ordered limited number of annuals, so please reserve your copy today!
